• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials;

• Any losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 36ji's liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by 36ji's negligence; or (iii) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

36ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your 36ji account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

36ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point;
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity is detected on your account;
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure;
• 36ji ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.

Upon closure of your account for any reason, 36ji will return the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements and any funds under investigation) to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any required verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 36ji support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure does not affect any liabilities you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to any choice of law provisions that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 36ji reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

36ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 36ji will notify registered Users through one or more of the following channels: email notification to the registered email address, SMS notification to the registered mobile number, or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 36ji Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
